The facility includes access to view any estimates we have supplied, order history and invoicing information, plus on-line proof sign-off and a colour coded job tracking facility. This information is generated using live data from production and ensures you are able to check the progress of each order at every stage and give you peace of mind that your delivery deadlines are all on track.
However, we are also happy to keep service personal and your regular customer service contact will always be on hand to advise progress of your work in the conventional way via telephone or email as required.
To access your Customer Portal just sign in and view your My Digital for online quotes, tracking of orders and general information. (Available February 2012)
